This Mini-Workshop is for those curious about traditional Tai Chi training. Participants will get a good workout without damaging their joints, overheating or becoming exhausted. Benefits of practice can include sustained mental clarity, reduced stress, relaxation and greatly increased energy.

Materials presented are for anyone. Wear loose clothing and comfortable shoes. You can train barefoot, but it's optional. Bring a water bottle to be sure you get plenty of water. Expect little or no sweating, but you will flush toxins out and lots of water is needed.

NOTE: This event is for Southern Arizona Adventure Company Jr. Division  Members only. Membership is free and information is below on how to join.

Rediscover natural power and grace by building concentration and transforming the body. The UCB Program regimen builds a 'Tai Chi Body". Practicing proper Breathing, Movement and Standing Meditation enables powerful changes in the ability to recognize the natural harmony between mind & body. Such harmony results in profound changes throughout all life's endeavors.

Practice consists of elegant solo and partner drills that can compliment your existing meditative, martial or fitness activities.

From the Southern Arizona Adventure Company Jr. Division website:

"The Southern Arizona Adventure Company Jr Division is a collection of fun, adventurous people in their 20's and 30's who like to have a good time. We don't specialize in any one genre, our membership has full say in what events we plan along with organizer ideas! You can belong to both this group and the regular SAAC. When you turn 40, you have to 'graduate' into the regular SAAC unless your significant other is still in their 30's."
