&lt;p&gt;Learn Tai Chi Philosophy, Concepts and Principles of Internal Kung Fu. Apply these ideas using the breath, stretching, solo and partner training. Increase health &amp;amp; fitness without injury or wear and tear on your joints. Transform your body to transform your mind. Benefits of consistent practice are profound.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Class meets Tuesdays, Thursdays from 7p-8:15p and Sundays from 9a-10:15a for eight weeks. There will be handouts and online learning resources.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Those who have perfect attendence and complete all assignments will receive a certificate of completion. They also are eligible to continue Intensive Internal Kung Fu training. The 8 week course is a prerequisite for the UCB Program.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Improve your health &amp;amp; fitness using Traditional Internal Kung Fu Techniques including:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;I Liq Chuan&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Tai Chi Chuan (Yang tradition)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Standing Meditation &amp;amp; Chi Kung&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Materials presented are for anyone. Wear loose clothing and comfortable shoes. You can train barefoot, but it&#039;s optional. Bring a water bottle to be sure you get plenty of water. Expect little or no sweating, but you will flush toxins out and lots of water is needed.&lt;/p&gt;
