TJ Mar. 24

Thur. Mar. 24:  Did class #2 in its entirety.  Bitter pill - really focused on looseness and found that i have been expanding a little on the front surface of the torso, completely let it go and found a different level of looseness which made condensing much better and easier, which also helped roll my hips a bit more getting my perineum closer to straight down.  Plus, my whole body relaxed when the yin surface condensed and settled and also my shoulders let go.  It feels much more stable and i'm glad it happened.  Circling hands - focused on keeping the front surface of the torso loose and condensed and the back expanded much more easily when circling, also the elbows dropped and wrapped in a little more.  Very good practice session, much less tension now that i condensed the front side a little more, felt the body "give".
