TJ Apr. 3-4

Sun./Mon. Apr. 3-4:  Had been having trouble with alignment due to tension over the last week, but had a good couple of days today and last night.  Watching the vid of Sunday's sit and spin session helped me big time with a couple of basics.  For some reason I was thinking that expand and condense was an either/or situation and especially invoked for the sake of movement, I don't know what made me think that.  Heard Sifu say over and over again that we are always expanding but it didn't hit home until last night watching some of the spinning hands and listening to the explanations.  Now I am continually expanding and condensing and my alignment is fixing itself, the 13 points seem to want to find their places when the right balance approaches. I feel like a have a better handle of condense and expand and the 13 points now, and also on absorb and project, also finding it much easier to relax and settle into structure.  Rocking exercise is different now with distinct transitions from tension to relaxation.  Bitter Pill makes more sense, and the movements are much more fluid and the transitions are less choppy and forced.  Also, with better expansion the chest is sinking and I'm able to keep everything down much easier.  9 solid 1 empty can be maintained.

note: focus more on expanding from mingmen radiating outward, not the middle of the upper back downward
