Sat. Apr. 9: Rocking exercise - concentrating on not using the calves, having to slow down my rock a bit. The loops of expansion and condensing are helping and really fit well in to the exercise. Bitter Pill - Tension went away, and seems to be consistently doing so, towards the end of the second set of 5 movements. Concentrated mostly on keeping the 13 which seems to allow 9-1 to happen automatically to an extent. Circling hands/open close/ absorb project - felt really good, not worrying so much every time tension comes along and movements are incorrect, just kind of watched it and tried to stay loose and sometimes it would disappear (as advised by Sifu Kelley). note: feeling good about recent sessions, continue to keep yourself from attempting to "fix" everything that isn't correct in your workout
