TJ Apr. 23

Sat. APr. 23: Rocking exer. - calves were flexing and shoulders weren't loose, still has some trouble loosening up.  Bitter Pill - got a bit looser but feel a lot of tightness in waist causing me to feel shins and knees.  Focused on knees over toes which helped keep perineum open a bit, but still leaning and tilting forward a bit.  When I straighten up the front wants to expand.  Felt the fullness a good bit and that straigthened out a little of the alignment issues.  Circling Hands/ Open Close - still not loose, still tilting.  Thinking too much and not feeling enough, trying too hard.
