TJ May 9-10

Mon. Tues May 9-10:  Normal routine but slightly abbreviated - a little more connected during rocking exercise and a little more vertical during bitter pill, weight went to feet instead of knees, and did a much better job of feeling and keeping the feeling of the bones.  Was a good bit tight during waving hands, have been doing a lot of stretching lately for the legs and hips.  Focusing mainly on working to soften those tight spots during movements and not going beyond limit.  Really noticed 9-1 today and also the expansion down the outside of the thighs, but the joints are still a little tight in some areas.  Still thinking too much.  Did some open and close to finish and i can't tell if i'm actually opening and closing or just twisting from side to side.  Expansion and condesning was more obvious today.
