Tues. May 31: Followed class video from Sunday (finally got my pc back!) - did everything wrong. Actually, felt that I had decent alignment, but fajin exercise wasn't even slightly correct. I was basically just throwing my arms down. Sometimes was able to get expansion on outside of legs and feet, but mostly everything was moving independently. I might have done it correctly a couple of times because I felt some good tingling in my pelvis and perineum area, but we were supposed to be expanding and opening the back on the power move, and sometimes it seemed like I was contracting my back muscles on the move.
