TJ June 20-21

Mon./Tues. June 20-21:  Did complete routine both days - focused on softness and releasing all tension.  Noticing that when doing bitter pill that if I focus more on the center the arms will make their own movements and the feet will stay light.  Also concentrated on the "balancing stack of balls" analogy and it has really helped my posture to stay upright.  Waving hands was very relaxing, although alway at the beginning it takes a second to fall into "ease", i still want to lean forward at first.  Practice is getting better and feeling better, and the body is starting to connect up a little.
