Tues./Wed. July 6-7: Rocking, Bitter Pill, Waving - unable to let go both days. The meat didn't want to sink (think busy days causing some stress may be culprit), having a little scattered mind and not much softness, etc. Could tell during rocking that focus and relaxation/ease wasn't coming about. So concentrated on alignment and verticality mostly. Bitter Pill got better with each set, started to settle down during the exer. Lower back tight deep, perineum didn't want to go down to beam line, upper back not wanting to let go of the cervical vert. Impossible to release when the mind isn't calm. Waving was hit and miss, sometimes 9-1 on the feet was there then it would disappear. Bones would come in and out of awareness. Need to get a handle on my mind consistently I think. All of the issues today seem to come from lack of relaxation and letting go, the body won't align without proper relaxation it seems. The head is the initiator of rest of the body somehow, maybe spend a little more time in the beginning getting my mind right before even beginning exer.
