TJ Sept. 7

Wed. Sept. 7:  Pretty good practice, revisited first stage two class and really listened again to the talk from Sifu prior to exercises, and during the meditation.  Basically did everything I know to do today in practice, but initially was going past my limit of ease and fullness, forcing the breath a little as well as the movements.  Remembered a couple of things...  ease, don't do, release release release always, and drop.... these brought the fuller, expanding breath back and started allowing the movements again.  Always releasing, always at ease, just because I can't go all the way down, or my body only moves a fraction of an inch, that means that that is my fraction of an inch to work with.  Quality work, and proper movement is what I need, not more movements.  Still having trouble with the explosion on throwing hands, can't make it explode.  I can do it kind of slower and really feel a build up go through the body and out the arms and fingers, but when I try to explode it i disconnect.  So, there's  point in there that i'm missing, or something i'm messing up right at the point of transition, it has to be something small im  guessing, will keep working on it.
