Stretching

Internal development or 'NeiGong' plays a central role in our training and initially takes the form of stretching. Stretching plays a vital role in loosening, softening and opening the body. As the body opens, so does the mind.

The Taoist exercises presented are specific to Internal practice and require a great deal of concentration to do properly. These activities will change your condition, be prepared to move far beyond ordinary warm up or warm down stretching methods.

Yoga, such as it is today, cannot do what these stretches do for your structure.
