Dear Sifu,

I have a question that I've been perplexed with (for the lack of a better word) lately. When you have a bit of time, I would love to hear your thoughts on this.

Another excellent lesson!

This lesson is by far my personal favorite, as it puts all the training thus far in context for me. I am also humbled by the ingenuity in which the material has been put together in a way that is very consistent with contemporary scientific understanding of how learning takes places.

For my part, perhaps it is only now that I truly appreciate what Kelley said about "emptying the cup" for this training and also, perhaps it is only in retrospect I recognize how difficult it has been to truly "empty the cup"...
