Fri. Nov. 18:  Some pretty good training the last few days.  I can definitely feel what the body is "trying" to do... there's a certain way that it wants to move, and very specific alignments and shapes it's wanting to make.... but...

Wed. Nov. 16:  Keeping the center of gravity force on the center of the foot is a big one for me.  Finding this point is a series of different adjustments, very small, starting with the crown going down the body.  The smile at the corner of the mouth helps a lot.  If I can find the 'feeling' inside, then I can guide it down the body bit by bit.

Why training?

 

In my case, nowadays, is to learn to be at ease in the present moment. Sifu Kelley Graham and I Liq Chuan (internal) principles made me understand this in concrete terms. Maybe that’s why I have always liked Martial Arts in general and its imperativeness.

Talking about Internal Martial Arts this “suchness” feeling is the point but the difficulty to get it is the dropping of all notions to get beginners mind and train and train and train!
