Wed. June 29:  Having trouble settling down all day, good bit of tension.  So only did standing today (approx. 30 minutes) - Standing felt very good.  Only issues i noticed were that sometimes the gravity force wanted to go back to the heel, as if my expansion was doing more than my condensing side.  Also noticed some pressure on the knees at times.

Tues. June 28:  Good practice today, did rocking, bitter pill, waving, rocking waving, triangle exercise - couldn't get as soft today but focused on not allowing it to frustrate me to the point of killing my practice.  Really focused on crown suspension and still trying to get the body to adjust to the more vertical position.  Did bitter pill at proper speed, things staying a little high again, corresponding I believe to tension.
