Sat. Mar. 5:  Much better today!  Began with bagua warm-ups (cross-over, spine stretch, kua pump and turns).  Was able to drop through legs and soften/let go during cross-over!  Did straight-line walking and circle walking and was feeling fullness moving inside (up and down) during stepping.
