Frustration and training

My training over the last 6 months had consisted of times of breakthrough and release where I felt more comfortable and at ease in my body followed sudden, inexplicable regressions to a level of discomfort that I didn't have previously. Then, I spend time trying to train me way out of that. It's like a switch gets flipped and my body just does something else. Training sessions loosen me up and I feel better but often it doesn't last regressing into some other uncomfortable position. I know training is the answer.

Non-interference, Self directed training.

Sketch of Meditation-vs-mindfulness

Today I did some planking and back bear, beginning and ending with standing meditation. After feeling some of the most clear switch-to-stitch followed by a very strong and stable non-interference/pearls mental model, my body decided it was time to plank. It was incredibly easy. Yes, there was extreme stretching and even more extreme mental discipline, but the "effort" was nothing. I could only do three total.

Morning or Evening?

I find that training only works in the morning for me. By the time the evening or even afternoon I am very tired and have trouble engaging. The morning, before work, obviously I have the most energy so that makes sense. Wondering if there are benefits to overcoming the fatigue that would come in the afternoon and evening. Probably. Training when your mind doesn’t want to. I find that when I go home and try to train this gets impossibly hard.
