C shapes

Recently, I've felt like the body is like an ice cream sandwich. Lol! The hydraulic bit is sandwiched between the solid bits and if you want to increased stability and power that the hydraulic bits provide then you have to maintain the proper relationship between the sandwich and the filling. The C shape of the spine and the C shape of the legs have to have a certain relationship or the hydraulic quality is not maintained in the whole body. The arc of the spine most remain behind the arc of the legs.

Activating the backstop

When locking the knees and rolling the hips forward I feel like this is causing my legs/knees to be rotating outwards which in turn makes my foot feel like it's also rotating outwards. When this happens I do feel like this is causing my foot to be pushing more into the pads of my feet while also creating some kind of tension from my back inner heel going up towards my inner ankle. Is this on the right track to feeling the strech in the toes and activating the backstop?
