TJ Mar. 4

Fri. Mar. 4:  Wuchi 35 minutes - was able to let go to a deeper degree than previous days, still noted tension especially in kuas, waist and joints.  Feeling that weight is going into knees even though keeping alignment fairly well, concerned.  Tried to soften and was sporadically successful also sporadically successful with finding energy lines/centers and moving from them (only fairly occasionally).  Did get marked "full" feeling throughout exercise.  Only able to get mind/body connection for movement/intent origination fleetingly, nothing consistent or sustainable.  Happy overall with improvement from earlier in the week.  Tried 10 minutes of cloud hands, same internal issues:  movement originating externally for the most part and joint tension, also trouble with moving as one unit and getting body in unison in general.  Scattered mind.
