TJ Mar. 5

Sat. Mar. 5:  Much better today!  Began with bagua warm-ups (cross-over, spine stretch, kua pump and turns).  Was able to drop through legs and soften/let go during cross-over!  Did straight-line walking and circle walking and was feeling fullness moving inside (up and down) during stepping. Did 5 movement qigong and was able to establish mind-body connection (somewhat i think) to mobilizing internal feeling.  Let go enough for body to "dissappear/radiate/expand" and guide movements mentally to a very small degree.  Still having trouble with control and handling the state for correct movements structurally.  note:  believe all the weight training and athletics from past has compromised my ability to achieve proper alignment when approaching song state and during movements, will take a lot of time to correct
