Sun. Mar. 6: Did usual bagua warm-ups and walking routine - much the same experience as yesterday. Everything felt much better, very relaxed, felt internal fullness and pressure moving around. Wuchi for 30 minutes - fullness and was able to let go significantly but only with eyes closed, tried compressing and felt that it worked, but had harder time expanding. Attempted form - did have relaxation and fullness but was unable to get to the point of originating movements internally. Did 5 movement qigong - mobilized a little bit of the fullness and internal feeling but kept losing alignment. note: much better sense of root all day and getting everything down into the legs and feet
