TJ Mar. 14

Mon. Mar.14: Rocking exercise and clock exercise - finding wrist positions for comfort ok but still carrying tension in shoulder/trap region.  "swallowing bitter pill" - feeling still top heavy, having trouble finding right stretch/project degree without introducing tension, tried to "forget/not feel" the knees and did a better job.  Can feel something on yang surfaces when in good alignment ( i think it's good alignment ).  Will ask about neutral (bones) point being point of attention.  note:  i think most of my alignment issues are coming from the spine and waist area (hips too)
