Thur. Mar. 17: Practiced to class video - picked up a lot that i had missed the first time, especially in regards to tension and alignment/relaxation. Much better relaxation and comprehension of concepts. Over doing it a little during bitter pill, will only go as far as relaxation will allow. Finally got the chest to settle, feeling the feet better also. note: don't forget to drop the perineum and line up with the crown point, don't force, keep suction on front, forget the chest and knees
