TJ Apr. 10-11

Sun./Mon. Apr. 10-11:  Rocking exercises -  still worked on releasing the calves and moving in an iron-like fashion.  Bitter Pill- yin surfaces, especially on the torso, still want to expand for some reason even with a conscious effort to condense them.  Beginning to think that I should do at least a small meditation prior to training to get into proper state of mind, I think scattered mental state is causing inability to concentrate on 13 points properly. Circling Hands/ open-close:  not quite able to coordinate open/close and expand/condense while also bouncing.  But felt that the first two I was able to do well enough.  Worked on expanding in succession instead of the entire yang surface at once, sometimes seem to get in a hurry.  note: don't forget to feel as if in contact, don't let anything stay up high in the body
