Thur. Apr. 21: Loosening exercises - felt pretty fairly loose and body was beginning to settle in, knees stayed in line a bit better and felt the weight toward the outer perimeters and away from the instep. Rocking exercise - great rocking exer. today, stayed on the "hinge" and didn't collapse the weight, moved as a unit. Bitter Pill - once i began to make movements I had tendency to lose the looseness and use a little muscle to make the movements, my alignment immediately went but I concentrated on letting go and maintained to a decent degree. Circling Hands/ Open Close - same issues as bitter pill when moving, but towards the end I kept concentrating on "loosen" (couldn't get past loosen today, not much stretchy feeling but still ok with it) and felt the weight start to spread and settle, the knees disappeared a couple of times which made the knees align on their own. Still hunching a little so concentrate more on crown suspension, probably due to tension in lower back. Open close was ok, maybe going a little too fast but kept focus on folding. Knee raising exer. - basically same as yesterday, start recruiting muscle in kuas as knee gets higher, but did a better job of not letting the weight go side to side by softening and expanding more, kept concentration on "loosen".
note: focus on loosen all the way and the soften/stretchy will come about on its own
