Mon. Apr. 25: Did usual routine minus knee kicks (forgot to do them) - focused mostly on relaxing and letting the meat sink to sunk. Started out a little tight but softened as the practice went on. Still a way off on open and close, kind of jerking from side to side, trying to get into the proper mentality, tried to stay present and aware. Noticing more tension on project than absorb.
note: letting go is difficult, it's difficult to relax and let go while trying to keep all the information working (13 points, 9-1, center of mass, center of gravity force, ease, etc.)
