Tues. Apr. 26: Same routine as always (rocking, bitter pill, waving, open/close) - staying looser than previously, but muscles still want to sneak tension in unconsciously. Have to be mindful of what the body is doing always, the meat has to stay sunk. Don't let the fullness go too high, keep it down, eyes soft and face soft. 13 points are coming along slowly but surely, biggest issue with keeping crown point up, seem to want to drop head a lot. Wondering if more concentration should be placed on keeping the crown suspended than center of mass, or more emphasis on keeping center of mass than crown suspension. Perineum will stay down if I keep the mingmen open, but sometimes when projecting the lower back muscles want to be used and the arch comes about, need to concentrate of keeping that open and loose.
note: once these things start to harmonize and attention can keep them all as one big state it will be easier to keep 13
