Sat. June 11: Better practice today, Bitter Pill, Rocking, Waving and Open/Close only - stood before rocking until I felt adequately released, once rocking began really observed each feeling and allowed the body to make very slight adjustments (openings or closing, filling or softening) to find equilibreum and relaxation. Transitioned straight into bitter pill, started out somewhat slowly to try and get a handle on the "suchness feel" before speeding up. Did a decent job of increasing tempo and maintaining feel, but still wanting to close mingmen a bit on upward projecting movements. Did go up the back though and kept it rounded or open. Waving hands felt great once everything fell down through the legs and into the feet spreading the yang surfaces. Worked my focus on staying vertical and keeping over the balance beam line. Open/ Close still muscular but feeling better today.
