Sat. June 18:  Rocking, Bitter Pill, Waving, Open/Close, Slow Waving - Really felt soft and sunk today.  Most of the upper body tension fell through the diaphragm.  Really concentrated the energy at the center of the hips and focused on suspending the crown, this energy at the center of the hips lead to the feeling of the "feet merely touching the ground and the body (especially the lower body) seemed to move in unison with the waist.  This also helped speed up bitter pill and when opening mingmen enough I was able to stay more veritcal (along with the crown).  Once my kuas and hips stretch and soften enough I think I'll be able to go down deeper on the waving and slow waving exercises.  And it seems that the shoulders and arms will disappear when extra focus is placed on condensing the solar plexus, tucking the ribs and dropping the elbows while stretching the fingertips.  This also helps everything drop as well and the spiraling "wringy" movement/feeling manifests.  Good practice.
