Tues. June 28: Good practice today, did rocking, bitter pill, waving, rocking waving, triangle exercise - couldn't get as soft today but focused on not allowing it to frustrate me to the point of killing my practice. Really focused on crown suspension and still trying to get the body to adjust to the more vertical position. Did bitter pill at proper speed, things staying a little high again, corresponding I believe to tension. Concentrated a little more on yang surfaces spreading during waving and letting the shoulders drop. Scattered mind today, but made the most of practice anyhow.
