Wed. June 29: Having trouble settling down all day, good bit of tension. So only did standing today (approx. 30 minutes) - Standing felt very good. Only issues i noticed were that sometimes the gravity force wanted to go back to the heel, as if my expansion was doing more than my condensing side. Also noticed some pressure on the knees at times. Micro adjustments fixed this, but I couldn't put my finger on exactly which adjustments took care of it. Main concentration was on suspending the crown, finding and staying in the bones, and keeping the meat sunk indefinitely. I believe I did a decent job at most of those, maybe could get a little better at suspending the crown. It seems as though when I can let the meat go enough to let the traps go, the cervical spine will allow the crown to float up naturally instead of me pushing the crown up while the cervical and upper thoracic muscles are still hanging on. When this happens the hips want to kick back just a little and I believe this may be the root of my forward lean. When the back muscles let go on the whole, the posture naturally becomes more upright and there isn't such a disconnect between the upper and lower body.
