Fri./Sat. July 1-2:  Good sessions today and yesterday.  Did rocking, bitter pill, waving and triangle exercises, with a little standing.  Began each exer. with the 13 points with emphasis on the 9 solid 1 empty.  Getting point "8" to be solid really helps the rest of the body in my experience.  It expands the yang leg surfaces and allows the mingmen to open more naturally.  Also the perineum goes to the balance beam line easier.  Concentrated on finding the bones during rocking and once that feeling was established I locked on to it to take it into the rest of the workout.  Bitter Pill felt really good and I focused at first on the crown, then slowly brought my awareness down through the center of the body to the perineum and tried to keep a straight line from crown to perineum to balance beam.  This seemed to help a lot, and the meat all around the line (center line) sunk in a 360 deg. manner.  The center of the hips showed up and the feet became light at that point.  This also corrected the shoulders and allowed them to hang over the hips.  As long as I "let go" and didn't allow the muscles to activate grossly when initiating movement, and focused on letting the movement be "more of the mind" from hand to foot and feet to hand everything stayed as it should.  The movements felt really good and comfortable and the ease was there.  It seems like when a few of the 13 are going correctly and relaxed the rest want to come along too.
