Tues. Aug. 23: Followed along week 2 today, great practice. Getting a better since of neutral and "not doing" as long as the conditions are adhered to. Concentrating on the crown staying suspended always creates the looseness to fall into the 13 points as well as the expansion and condensing. Also did better on the bouncing lively quality as much as I can keep the intention in realtime (as if being touched). Paid very close attention to the wrapping portion and think I've got a better handle on it now, helps me to pretend there are strings attached to the tips of my fingers pulling them in a 360 degree circle. Took a second to get the elbow coordinated with absorb and condense but if I do it as if I were absorbing and condensing its easier and more natural, still hurts a little and I got pretty shaky. Wedgy breath and fishing by moonlight was pretty good this time, it is vital to constantly stay suspended, this keeps the body light on the feet and all the joints and parts stretching and balanced, especially going down. Really feel like I did some quality work today.
