TJ Sept. 4-6

Sun. - Tues., Aug. 4-6:  Tried following along with sitnspin, but no partner.  So afterward just watched previous week video again.  Really trying to come up with a nice, solid/consistent regimen for practice.  But also noticing that I'm not consistently ready across the board.... for instance, getter better at bitter pill and the loosening exer., and waving gets better as the practice goes on, do really well with the bone condensing neigong, but really bad at the hip roll exercises, seem to get the hip roll ok during other exercises, but not during exer. specifcally for hip roll, also really bad at fishing by moonlight, keep wanting to fall backward.  My biggest issue seems to be my mind, if i can get it in the right place the whole practice goes well, if not then it takes till about the end of practice to just start getting to where i'm feeling like im moving correctly, and i think i've wasted the whole thing.  Wrapping is sometimes there, sometimes not, have trouble finding connections at the beginning.  Anyway, really just do everything i can think of for practice, as they come to mind, was wondering how long the typical practice for others lasts?  If anyone reads these, would you mind telling how long you typically spend per practice, or on exercises, etc.?
