Well, after a back injury (not related to practice) that took two weeks to recover (still not totally healed) and a serious illness for my mother which also took weeks for recovery, and general life stuff getting in the way, I've finally increased my practice again from about 2 times a week to every day, twice a day.
I still owe you videos and for some reason I'm very intimidated by the idea. But, I'll start this week doing just a little at a time. Figure if I can just take the first step, maybe the flood gates will open.
Now that I'm practicing a lot again, the Yin and Yang areas of the body have come alive again. For the first time in my life, more than the upper body is involved. The legs and the feet are very alive and I can clearly feel the distinct areas of Yin and Yang. Pretty cool. Before your lessons, I could only feel a little energy in the legs and the bottom of the feet. Since starting the Lessons Stage 1, I now can feel full energy in all parts of the legs and can feel a clear definition of Yin and Yang energy on both the top and bottom half of the body. Also, interesting is that the Yin and Yang energy both have a unigue feel. Before I believe I was rarely feeling Yang energy. Don't know if that's common or not.
I have one question at this stage. Does the practice actually build up more energy (sure feels like it) or does it just make us more and more aware of what was there already?
