Been upping the frequency of my training again now that I'm back from vacation and starting to feel better (was quite sick for about 3 weeks). Trying to clean out my basement as I put away stuff from our trip, so I can continue on with my videos on stage 1. It's really sad, but I've been very intimidated by the video taping and have had a hard time figuring out the technology to do it. The last week or so, I've continued to extend the time little by little on my Bitter Pill work and standing meditation. I've notice when doing the Bitter Pill more and more feeling of many small strands of elastic material trailing off first my arms and hands and now the whole body. It's an elastic feeling. Trying to "not follow or fixate" on the sensation and just note it. Going to try to get many more videos done in the next few weeks. I think I'm way overdue in completing them.
