When locking the knees and rolling the hips forward I feel like this is causing my legs/knees to be rotating outwards which in turn makes my foot feel like it's also rotating outwards. When this happens I do feel like this is causing my foot to be pushing more into the pads of my feet while also creating some kind of tension from my back inner heel going up towards my inner ankle. Is this on the right track to feeling the strech in the toes and activating the backstop?
Also, when we release the lock of the knees how much should the be bending? When we are rolling our hips forward how far should we be trying to roll them, I feel like I need to tighten my butt to roll the hips forward is it okay to keep some tension here to have the hips in the rolled forward spot?
