When practicing standing, I spend 2 minutes just observing the foot couple, then bending for 3 reps observing the cavities, repeated by Foot Couple for 2 minutes. For 3 sets.
In one of the videos I watched this week from before, you mention treated the foot couple like avoiding thoughts in certain meditation and that kinda stuck with me.
When would it be appropriate to do the pitcher breathing and observe what is happening in the body? I dont do that while observing the foot couple and 3 sets of bending.
Afterwards I try for a bit and after awhile I feel something happening with the breath and shoulders, neck and in the body, but I'm just avoiding it and putting my attention back to the foot couple.
But it feels like things are happening when I go back to observing the foot couple too. So not sure if I should be observing the body when pitcher breathing and when?
