I have question about the relation with the foot couple, shoulders, neck and collapsing.
Like you said, we can feel the foot couple when we’re sitting and laying down too. But I'm guessing we are already in collapse when lying down?
After the inititial 10 minutes of foot couple and 3 sets. When I do another set in the day, I try to keep my focus on the foot couple when standing again. But with a bit more freedom to see the pitcher breah in the body.
I feel there is some relation to the neck and shoulders as focus adjusts ( more or less) on the foot couple and leg cavities, there's changes in what I feel less or more support in the neck and shoulders. As well as some other area when going through the 10 steps in standing like the perinium area.
