I live in Scotland. My background has been in Tai Chi and Yoga.
I have been doing the standing meditation informally for about 2 months and I formally began the video training on the 24th October 2025. I stand for a minimum of 10 mins a day and a maximum of 30 minutes and I am on video 4, shift movement primitive. On Saturday I was at an art gallery and I noticed how upright I felt and how easy it was to stand for a long period of time, pain free and energised. In the past I always got very tired and heavy and would often have to stop and rest and eventually give up. Sometimes in my standing, I think, is this doing anything? Well for me Saturday was a big “yes”.
