Stamina training

Dear Sifu, I have a question:

Is it good for the health to jog (for example 2 times the week) ?

I ask because when I train ilc the pulse is not to high. Need the body from time to time a higher pulse (130 bits, 30-60 minutes) to train the bloodstream.

Or is it bad because the body lost energy?

What is your opinion?
