I've been training with the Standing for that last two weeks and I have been surprised that my ability to feel what's going on inside. I'll get into that in a different blog entry. What I've found that this stuff is HARD!!! I was surprised that my neck and upper traps are sore. Also, Im having a hard time doing all of it. I can reliably get the backstop. I can release my left knee cap with no issues but righty doesn't like to let go. I can get the hips nearly into the right position without the legs bending. I've got some stretching to do. My difficulty is with doing all of that and releasing the perineum and the diagphragm. I'm sure this is normal and it will come with time.
