C shapes

Recently, I've felt like the body is like an ice cream sandwich. Lol! The hydraulic bit is sandwiched between the solid bits and if you want to increased stability and power that the hydraulic bits provide then you have to maintain the proper relationship between the sandwich and the filling. The C shape of the spine and the C shape of the legs have to have a certain relationship or the hydraulic quality is not maintained in the whole body. The arc of the spine most remain behind the arc of the legs. As the cavities move towards our away from the vertical line with Bend/Unbend the arc quality must be maintained. The sacrum is behind the hip joints, the arc at the kidneys must be behind the sacrum and relate to the arc at the back of the knees, and C6-7 is related to the ankles. These two arcs and their relationship to each other produce the hydraulic pressure by squeezing towards each other. The soft tissue from the feet, up the back of the legs, and into the torso feel like a cylinder of hydraulic fluid being affected by the actions of the these two arcs.
