After decades of work the UCB Walking curriculum is complete. This training is closely aligned to the mind-body cultivation guided by my 5 Mental Models and 5 Movement Primitives. You will learn how to engage in cardio and strength training while still supporting your internal practice. After all, it is said that 'Fighting is walking and walking is fighting'. UCB Walking and UCB NeiGong Walk (in development) are complimentary practices. Class format is self-paced remote learning with UCB Live review.
