Master Cavity and Perineum, upper body micro adjustments while standing

After focusing on acknowledging the Master Cavity, I've been struggling to release the Perineum, and I'm surprised at how difficult it has been for me to find that area with my mind, but I think I finally made some progress in that area.

I felt the ability to slightly relax that area, or "release", and I forget the structural changes it created, but I know that I felt a wave of anxious agitation arise, so I figured I might be on the right path once that happened.

I've noticed gentle and suble micro adjustments happen in the upper body during the standing as well, so thats interesting to observe.

I've been focusing on the standing, bending, and elbow circles with thumbs down, and my back and shoulders are tired today like they worked out in a gym.

It feels as if we are training things that everyone really needs to train, but no one  is taught how to train.  This is labeled Tai Chi, but it is more human than human.
