Master Cavity and Perineum release effects check in...

Ok, 

I may be way off on this, but wanted to write it while it was fresh.  

For the past week my training has been 20-30 minutes of standing a day, with Bends, and Elbow Arm Circles...thumbs down of course. 

Im working hard on acknowledging Master Cavity, and Releasing Perineum, while extending toe bones with Knees Not Engaged...

Here is where I want to know if Im wrong, so i can Listen more deeply...

When I acknowledge the Master Cavity, and it drops slightly, I feel it pull through the armpits anchoring the shoulders more securely

When I was finally able to release Perineum, I felt that allow the master cavity to drop a bit more?, which then anchored the shoulders even more through what felt like strings throught the arm pits.

As I continued to apply the releases in posture, with toe bones pressing forward atc...the more I allowed this, the arms got closer to body, and I felt a sort of suction around the armpits anchoring them more forcefully with a suction feeling.

so... right or wrong, I would rather know early on!

Also...my back and shoulders feel sore Like I have lifted weights, but the above is ALL that Im doing!  the band up the back on either side of the spine is sore from use, and now that im connecting things, the sides of my hips are starting to get sore because im engaging muscles that I dont think I ever knew how to engage before... this is amazing.
