3 Weeks of Standing, Beginners Mind, Empty Cup

around 3 weeks into standing, and this is totally different.

Sifu explained Empty Cup Beginners Mind, as setting goals with this is impossible and that helped profoundly.

for these 3 weeks I have struggled to release Perineum, but after that explanation, I didnt force, I just ever so gently kept the mind on releasing the area I thought should be released, with not much noticeable change.  When little felt to drop, I didnt mind, and I went about my day, but then, while walking the dog, trying to maintain the sacrum, no mind on the perineum, I CLEARLY felt that section of the perineum release!  It was very unique for me, as I have never purposefully release that area, I believe this is cultural, but also, the system I previously trained was built on collapse, and every instruction was to maintaint the gentle holding of the perineum to "not leak chi" as this was a torso chi packing system.  

I am very humbled to have found a way to rehabilitate from a lesser method.

in 3 weeks I have experienced more body and health benefits in this method than as many years produced in the previous method. 

The Sweet is worth emptying the cup and starting over, as well as erasing programming that no longer serves.
