As I approach standing each day, I find that I can work throught the checklist of standing points more quickly.
I'm able to observe/release master cavity as well as perineum much sooner than previous efforts. As long as I "stay out of the way" I feel I'm growing taller the whole set, as the softness emerges and gently guides everyting to greater verticality.
Standing during class is the hardest thing I have done yet, as the full hour of standing, the U is so apparent, especially the front part, that I feel extremely agitated/nautious/anxious. I assume its because its a very specific thing that I have never trained, and its just part of the process of mapping this neurologically.
The previous system I trained, I worked very hard to hold the diaphram down, this is much more intuitive.
As I acknowledge the flatness of the cavities, then acknowledge the foot cavities, then slightly smile and release perineum, the experience I have is that the back raises up and makes me taller, and once that completes, it rolls forward and pulls the front of the body into the same verticality. I assume this is the diaphram lifting from back to front.
I ride mountain bike, and I'm currenlty on the biggest bike I have ever owned, however, last week on a ride, the geometry actually felt small, and I believe this is because I'm more connected, and no longer operating totally from collape! I was sad, that I may have to change bikes as I move forward, but excited that changes are happeing in real time.
May everyone feel taller today and every day of training! 🙏
