It's difficult to verbalize the many experiences i've had in the past 9 days specifically... but to sum up.
Lifting the Diaphram via releasing perineum has become a much faster connection recently... On days that my body is more open and loose, it comes almost instantly in standing.
In fact the rolling up the back seems to have increased, so im growing taller in the back by far and that rolls to the front the same amount.
I think, that the better I hold the release of the perineum, as well as the lifting of the diaphram, the more my feet hurt nearly instantly.
That may not be the reason, but I FOR SURE know that my feet are hurting far sooner during standing far more regularly, and i'm assuming this is because maintaining the 10 points is becoming more consistent in my body.
Some days I feel the front of the U a lot, some days not quite as much.
Overall, this training gives a great reference point for postural alignment to hold throughout the day... in line at the store, standing waiting for something, etc...
The bitter becomes harder and sooner, but I know that is because i'm changing things for the better.
I just started the lesson showing how to move the bottom of the diaphram...
Happy training to everyone
