I have been very aware the last few weeks, that my toes are gripping the ground while walking, down stairs, flat surface, doesnt matter...the toes are grabbing, so pressing the toes forward seem to be strengthening things in a very cool way. The reason I mention this is that in previous training of Tai Chi Ruler, it also adresses the toes in a big way compared to most systems, but absolutely NO WHERE NEAR as big as this method.

Observing the flatness of the cavities, then releasing Perineum... Every Single Time...the lifting happens at a different speed and to a different degree... it's so wild to simply observe. It sometimes feels as if an invisible hand is lifting my skeleton, and it never quite feels the same.

The Stick the way Sifu taught us wednesday night creates such a GREAT stretch in the back and through the hips with the locked sacrum. Range of motion is increasing, Im feeling more, and Stick is very very fun in this format. When I approached staff training previously, it was rather stressful.
My previous system, the collapsed version derived from similar lineages, I was told to avoid phsical training... this caused me to lose some cardio... Now, having a better method, im adding my cardio back in, and still recovering better.
I am so happy to have this training, and the best part is the weekly check in... Getting your form corrected weekly is so important for growth.
Happy Training!
